  Good stay

  Liked: The location Nice and clean hotel Luxury feel

  Disliked: I asked a quiet room. But they put me on first floor on street side. Noisy from street.

  Great place, Best Value

  Liked: It locates in the heart of Innsbruck. You can easily walk to the plaza and the golden roof within 5-7 minutes. Also you can walk from and to the train station wihtin 10 minutes.

  Disliked: It would be more courteous once the front officers have some sense of humour or smile more often. I know there are some differences in cultures, but smiling is universal language for customers.

  Comfortable & convenient stay in Innsbruck

  Liked: The location was convenient to train station and old town and we loved the cafe downstairs. The bathroom was really nice.

  Disliked: The pillow was hard and flat and the room decor was a bit sparse.

  An excellent hotel in the heart of Innsbruck

  Liked: Good hotel and somehow we ended up in a suite which was very comortable. Lovely breakfast. Also a good spa area. Close to the centre of town and easy walking to the station.
