Liked: Absolutely wonderful apartment, beautifully decorated, warm and cozy, with everything a family could possibly need and even more. The location is perfect for both skiing and exploring Kaprun. We truly enjoyed our stay and felt right at home. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Kaprun. Highly recommended.

Liked: I paid the insurance fees, but I checked with the bank and found that the insurance amount of 300 euros had not been transferred.

Disliked: I contacted them to request the withdrawal of my insurance deposit—I still have €300 held with them—but the amount hasn't been refunded yet.
