Liked: We booked this hotel especially to celebrate my birthday for 1 night breakfast and dinner included, and the team made it truly memorable. They arranged a lovely surprise dinner arrangement with two glasses of sparkling wine, along with beautiful decorations in our room and at the dinner table. We were vegetarians so could not really enjoy the traditional buffet, but they arranged the Ala-carte with Pizza which was delicious. The arrangements were thoughtful and well done. They had this City Card where we can use it for going top of Salzburg spot and use it to travel back to Salzburg. A special mention to the receptionist (from Hungary), the dining manager, and the entire other staff, who were incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. Their hospitality made our special day even more memorable. The only thing I regret is not taking a photo (as they were quite busy in hospitality) with the wonderful team to cherish the memory. Thank you for making my birthday so special! The location is really beautiful and worth staying. The TV was working and internet helped us watch Netflix after installation. Good Stay recommended again.
Disliked: We didnt stayed for long enough. The menu should have something more in vegetarian. And the cost of hotel stay is a bit at higher end.
