  Very nice

Liked: The hotel is very beautiful and good located. Very nice view. Tha spa was very nice to end a day travelling. The room was very nice. Nice breakfast.

Disliked: The woman in the reservation desk was unpleasant. There is one elevator that you can take only 1 person with 1 suitcase only. No bellboy to help ( 4 stars hotel?).when i came to ask in the reception if there is another elevator she and her colleague was laughed. The reception is the face of the hotel very important to put someone who is pleasant.

  disappointment!

Disliked: I invited the room for my son. By misunderstanding he didn't show up. Despite the fact that he was around - We could not use the room and had to pay for 5 F.B more than 2000 Eero. not any compensation!

A great hotel with the best value for money! We really enjoyed the hotel, and staff and we will definitely come back!

Liked: The location was great, very close to attractions in Kaprun. The team was very nice and the hospitality was great! Loved the spa and the pool. Breakfast was great, dinner was good too.

Disliked: No drinks at all during dinner, and the prices even for light drinks was pretty expensive. Also, 12 euro charge for parking per night.
