  Liked: The location is perfect. Nearby pizza, restaurants and super markets are accessible. Mountains, hills, clear sky, cable cars all can be seen from the balcony. All facilities available in the apartment. Washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, electric kettle, iron press, clean/fresh towels, kitchen towels, handwash, dish washing soap, hair dryer, a locker/safe, cupboard with hangers, an umbrella, all cutlery, crockery, cookware, utensils, toaster, a microwave oven, refrigerator. You name it they have it. Loved the experience. Good value for money.

  Disliked: I would recommend to have a net that can be fitted and removed in the windows/door of the balcony so that no bees or flies enter the room when the guests want fresh air. With fresh air, entered bees and flies inside:D But that is just a recommendation.

  Highly recommended! 🌟

  Liked: A few days before our arrival, Helga contacted us via WhatsApp and explained everything clearly. On the day we arrived, despite the heavy rain, she made the effort to meet us in person and show us the apartment. The neighborhood is very calm and cozy, with everything you need nearby. She provides a guest card that includes special discounts for several activities in Kaprun, plus a free mobility card for Kaprun and Zell am See, which allows you to use public transport for free. There’s a Billa supermarket just a 5-minute walk away, and several Arabic grocery stores are also within walking distance. As for the apartment itself — it was spotlessly clean and fully equipped with everything you might need. All kinds of Arabic and Gulf seasonings were available, and the kitchen had every utensil imaginable. The view from the balcony is absolutely spectacular! The area feels very safe and peaceful, perfect for relaxing. Helga was always available whenever we needed anything — she is incredibly kind, supportive, and helpful. Highly recommended! 🌟

  Superb

  Liked: Everything was there: salt, oil, tee, coffee and other stuff. Except shampoo. Farina very open and friendly. Good parking and always availiable

  Disliked: Very hard to sleep without blackout curtains. Bad soundproof
