Great place for multi-day stay and early departure

Liked: Everything except the checkout time.

Disliked: The 9am checkout was very constraining to us, and there was absolutely no flexibility about it on the part of hosts. This information should be better presented upon reservation as it’s quite unusual, and so most people will assume it must be at least 10, not bothering to check. This is what happened to us. I understand that the rooms need to be cleaned, but it would make more sense to have checkout at 10 and checkin at 15 rather than 9 and 14, respectively. Or at least be a bit more flexible. Great place otherwise.

For sure I will try to visit that place again

Liked: Very helpful host. Easy checkin. Nice located.

Disliked: Because of extremely expensive spa in Kaprun with disappointing quality not aligned with other Austrian facilities like that. ( I’ve paid 120E for 3h for two people to visit sauna) it would be nice to have sauna in the property. It is the only thing I would like to have more.
