  Nice but there are plenty other options

  Liked: Alltogether a nice cosy boutique hotel in the heart of Kaprun. The breakfast is okey, they also have a heated pool although a bit too cold for my taste in cold weather.

  Disliked: We received a room an the ground floor. It is my fault that I did not specifically requested an upper floor room but I did not even know they have such rooms because they only adverised the panorama apartmans with balcony. The room was cold and dark located between the garage entry and the garbage. We did not liked it at all and we paid the same amount as huests on the upper floor with panorama and balcony. I think it is unfair. They should soecifically mention this when you book the room. We hate ground floor apartments so it was a big disappointment. Room number 102. Do not accept it if you go there!! We stayed for 4 nights, during this period the coffee mashine was partially operating with no possibility for latte machiato, capucchino, hot chocolate or anything containing milk. The apartman was very cold. We asked the reception to help in the heating. The turned off the heating twice after we left the apartman. So they did the exact opposite of what was asked for.

  A lovely hotel in a great location, with comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Would happily stay again!

  Liked: The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The rooms were spacious and nicely designed, and the location was excellent. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Overall, we had a very pleasant and relaxing stay.

  Disliked: Nothing in particular. Everything was good, and we enjoyed our stay.
