  Great views of the mountains

Liked: Good location, great views of Kitzsteinhorn, can watch the football match of the local team from the balcony. 2 separate bathrooms.

Disliked: The roof in one of the bedrooms is a bit low, but ok for sleeping.

  Comfortable room for a family

Liked: The room was modern and new (furniture in very good condition), clean, had enough closet space, a fan and the beds were very comfortable (including the sofa bed). The view from the room was lovely.

Disliked: We didn't have wifi throughout our entire stay, despite mentioning the problem from the first night. Also didn't get enough basic things like toilet paper, trash bags, despite asking for more. The service level was disappointing to be honest.

Liked: Excellent location. * Very clean apartment. * Free parking was a great convenience.

Disliked: The apartment was generally fine, but there were two disappointing issues. First, there was no iron in the apartment. Instead, there was only one shared iron chained up in the basement, which meant we had to go downstairs every time we needed to iron our clothes. This was very inconvenient. Second, the towels were extremely worn out and rough. They really need to be replaced, as they did not feel comfortable to use.

  Pleasant

Liked: Lovely property in a fantastic location. The apartment was spacious fully equipped with all the utilities we needed, and offered a stunning panoramic view of the Alps.

Disliked: Unfortunately, the apartment was not cleaned properly; it looked tidy but noticeably dusty. We also didn’t see anyone from the host team during our stay, as everything was handled via email. I found the communication quite pressuring at times, especially regarding payments.
