Disliked: Free entry to Tauern SPA Kaprun was included, but we could use it only after 17:00-21:00 because we had "friends" cards. It means that you need to eat dinner earlier (but all restaurants were opened from 18:00-19:00). After dinner it was to late to go to the spa with kids.

Best Staff, Best amenities and Best location

Liked: Perfect for a family trip. We forgot to return one keys the hotel staff was kind to say to ship it to a later date. Free Kaprun SPA passes were the best part.

Disliked: There was nothing to dislike.
