  Central location, safe parking and decent 3* room

  Liked: Small decent room in the center of Kaprun. 3* not more. Nice atmosphere in the breakfast room. Safe parking with access control.

  Disliked: The furniture, rugs, towels worned out. A very noisy group of young tourists staying in the same hotel (~10-12 German speakers) drinked, eat and laughed very loudly until 1 a.m. in the parking, under our window.

  Liked: everything was great especially the lady on the reception she was very kind and helpful the room is spacious and clean the view was amazing

  Disliked: the only thing is that they took our portable bidet and they said that it’ll ruin their wooden floor

  Usually I stay at a different hotel in Kaprun, and this was a nice surprise how much I liked this place

  Liked: location wellness area staff helpfulness summer card

  Disliked: booking through booking.com. half pension was not readily available during the booking process. I plan to stay there again next time but I will contact the hotel directly.
