  Bad experience

Liked: We were prettey disapointed and wont come back to this hotel. The door between our room and next room did not have a lock at all and we had to secure it with a chair, we adressed this to the reception, no reaction. They could not provide the bathrobes in 3 days we have stayed there (wellness hotel?), there was no drinking watter in the wellness area in all the times we have been there. The watter in our shower was freezing cold between 16:30 and 18:30 every day. We would not open the window for fresh are most of the time due to smoke from people smoking outside entrance. No near a 4 star hotel.
