Excellent stay with great hospitality – we would definitely come back!

Liked: The apartment was very clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The location was excellent, close to shops, restaurants, and the main attractions in Kaprun. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and we really enjoyed our stay.

Disliked: Nothing significant. Everything met our expectations.

Liked: Beautiful place, cosy, well decorated and amazing set up of the kitchen. So many utensils - more than we have a ever seen in any rental apartment.

Disliked: One day unfortunately there was no hot water... This was an issue in the whole building and it got resolved eventually. We were able to shower in the Wellness area. Also the walk to the wellness area is a bit odd as you have to walk through the garage. But you get used to it:)
