Liked: The apartment was clean and in a great location, with all necessary services available. However, we faced an issue at check-in as the key was not available, and unfortunately, we were delayed for two hours before we could enter. Despite them constantly contacting me to complete the check-in process, there was a misunderstanding at check-out as well. But I truly appreciate the man who calmly handled the situation and was understanding when I didn’t fully grasp the check-out procedure. If you’re reading my review, I just wanted to thank you, but I didn’t get the chance 🤍

  Great place to stay

Liked: Loved the location as very near bus stop to kitzteinhorn (and airport via zell). Loved the well equipped kitchen. Loved the easy access arrival out of hours. I only spoke to the owner I believe but he was super friendly and wanted to make sure I had a good stay.

  Disliked: Nothing really.
