An exceptional stay with outstanding food, wonderful staff, beautiful surroundings, and attention to every detail — we c

Liked: We had an absolutely wonderful stay and honestly cannot think of a single thing to complain about. The hotel is exceptionally clean, beautifully designed, and you can see that great attention has been paid to every little detail. Everything feels elegant, comfortable, and welcoming. The pool and sauna area is also fantastic, with nuts, tea, and fresh towels always available — a lovely touch that makes the whole experience even more relaxing. The breakfast selection is excellent, with everything from spreads, cereals, cold cuts, and eggs to a great variety of fresh bread and pastries, juices, coffee, and much more. There is truly something for everyone. Dinner was equally impressive. There is a choice of three main courses, while the starters are served buffet-style, so you definitely won’t leave the table hungry. The quality of the dinners is on the level of a very good restaurant, and the cuisine throughout the hotel is simply phenomenal and wonderfully diverse. The staff deserves special praise — everyone was incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and very tastefully designed. We also loved that the Sommer Card is included in the room price, which is a fantastic benefit for anyone looking for an active holiday. All in all, we have absolutely no complaints about the hotel, the staff, or the food. Quite the opposite — everything exceeded our expectations, and we sincerely hope to come back again!

Liked: Excellent hotel in a fantastic location, close to many attractions in the beautiful Kaprun area. The rooms are modern, stylish, and very well designed. The breakfast was outstanding—the best we had during our entire trip, with a great variety and excellent quality. Dinner was even more impressive. Everything was delicious, and the buffet on one of the evenings was simply exceptional. Overall, an amazing hotel with excellent food, great service, and a wonderful atmosphere. We highly recommend it and would gladly stay here again.

A fantastic hotel with a great spa, wonderful staff, and excellent breakfast in a perfect location f

Liked: The spa area was excellent and a perfect place to relax after a day in the mountains. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and exceptionally friendly throughout our stay. We also loved the great breakfast selection and the large storage room for snowboards and ski equipment.

Disliked: The dinners were not quite at the same level as the rest of the hotel experience. While they were good, we felt there was room for improvement compared to the excellent breakfast and overall service.

  We loved it

Liked: The property was excellent and we loved it. It really was almost perfect for a week of skiing.

Disliked: A few minor points only to help improve - another coffee machine at breakfast, bit more variety on kids Buffett but minor point and a bit more communication on cleaning of rooms.
