  Great value and great location!

  Liked: Very good value, friendly host and great location. The bus stop was in 7mins walk, so it was easy to get to the ski slope. Good kitchen facilities too.

  Disliked: It seems there was no ventilation in the restroom, but it was no big deal. We just opened the restroom door and it was enough.

  Great value and clean in a good location

  Liked: Good location, relatively close to the bus stop (approx. 7 mins walking) which gives access to (amongst other places) the Kitzsteinhorn glacier, the Maiskogel, and Zell am See. I found the bed comfortable, bathroom clean and functional and kitchen appropriate given its small size. There was a small toaster oven as well underneath the TV. Frau Schwarzenbacher was very friendly and also accommodated an early check in for me. It was a suitable place to stay as a solo traveller, and would gladly stay here again when I’m next in Kaprun.

  Disliked: Small kitchen could be troublesome if you’re cooking a lot or elaborate meals. I missed a dishwasher but the size of the kitchen wouldn’t allow that anyway.
