I wish there were someone to attend to the guests' needs, just like in hotels

  Liked: Cleanliness and location

Disliked: There was no air conditioning or even a fan, and the place was hot. There was no one available to assist; when I reported the issue via Booking.com messages, the reply would only come the following day. Furthermore, I never received the "Zalmsi" card from the day I checked in.
