  Fantastic!

  Liked: The property was easy to find and very clean. The city centre was only a 10 min walk. Both Anna and Kerttu were very kind and the food they cooked tasted great!

  I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS APARTMENT WITH ITS COMPLETELY RUDE OWNER!

  Liked: We didn't have breakfast. There is nothing I enjoyed here. I do not recommend this accommodation.

  Disliked: I do not recommend this accommodation. The owner (Hannah) didn't speak English very well and provided us a phone number to call in order to get access in the apartment. We had a lot of trouble because it was not working all the time, more often than not it didn't. We called the owner via Booking to tell her that the code wasn't working, she answered after 10 minutes of trying to reach her. She managed to make it work, we checked before we went outside for a walk. We double checked it worked and we went for our walk. When we arrived at the apartment was about 9.40 pm and tried to access the apartment to no avail. We tried 15 times to call that number in order to enter the apartment, unsuccessfully. We tried to reach the owner again, she had her phone shut down. Our big problems in that moment were 2: we couldn't use the accommodation we paid for and I (a 7 months pregnant woman) had an emergency using the toilet. Finally the owner answered the phone after 15 mins and said that somebody will be there in 10 minutes. Shortly before the Ukrainian cleaning lady arrived I called the owner once again to explain her that what was happening was completely abnormal and she should solve the problem emergently. When the Ukrainian cleaning lady arrived (she didn't speak English, nor German) she was LAUGHING AT US (very RUDE). We tried again the access phone number and it worked. Ukrainian laughed at us again and said: Der Schulss arbeitet (f**k you and your damn door lady!!!). TOTALLY RUDE WITH THE GUESTS! DO NOT RECOMMEND IT! Another disadvantage that I haven't encountered before in my life (and believe me I travel often) the OWNER asks for 70 cents if you make a coffee with her coffee machine (ridiculous!) and 5 euros per night per car if you want to use the parking lot. Also asks for CASH (tourist fee, 6 euros)! LADY YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF WHAT YOU ARE DOING TO THE TOURISTS THAT ARE STEPPING IN YOUR DAMN APARTMENT!
