    They demand more money, extortionists

Disliked: They lie about the amount of city tax. They continue to demand payment of tax and parking (which was not used) even after moving out and paying the tax in the office, at an inflated amount. They send an invoice in messages on the website. You can not find out about the checkout time in any way in advance - until they start knocking on your door. This is not showing anywhere.

    Could be better

Liked: The location was very convenient to the train station. The room was very clean and tidy.

Disliked: TV didn't work, no wi-fi code offered, no washing machine (which was advertised). No tea or coffee, no kettle, no microwave, no dishwasher, no draining board or kitchen towels for washing dishes by hand. Initial key code did not work. No toiletries apart from a pump for hand soap and one small towel each. All these details stopped it from being a great stay.
