  ideal location badly managed

  Liked: very close to the train station and not to far from the centre of the city. the apartment is big and clean and the owners met with they key as the key box had been destroyed the night previous.

  Disliked: there was not hot water or heating for the first three days of the say out of two so that means not hot water for a shower after 6 hours of travel and not heating in winter in austria. they offered a refund of 46.14 through bookings on a 603.59 euro stay for 10 days was absolutely freezing at night to the point where i considered booking somewhere else. so 600 divided by 10 is 60 a night fair price id expect to be refunded at the very least the price per night 180euro. they other thing offered was to move to a different apartment on the sunday nightbut only for one night so nothing was done on the friday and saturday we declined as we were asked to be out of the apartment on sunday so the owner could look at the thermostat so we kept ourselves busy so could not move that evening. if the plumper was unavailable there is emergency 24 hour plumbers i have booked them myself before, second issue there was one bin small bin bag, 4 toilet rolls for 2 people for the ten days, no spices at all bar salt and pepper, 4 coffee pods for 10 days, there is a washing machine but no detergent, no cooking oil and no shampoo or body wash so bring your own. i understand its an apartment stay but those items should be provided they come in large packs i am not buying a pack of 30 bin bags for 10 days just the bare minimum in the apartment. it is a shame because the apartment is very nice and an ideal location and i would have booked it again in the future as i travel there often but not now.

  An excellent 8 night stay

  Liked: A great stay for 8 nights in Klagenfurt- a beautiful apartment with everything needed for exploring the city. Very close to the Center, supermarkets, train station and bus stops.
