  A pleasant stay with a few areas for improvement

  Liked: The apartment was spacious and comfortable for our group, with plenty of room for everyone. The location was convenient for exploring Klagenfurt and the surrounding area. We also appreciated the hosts' communication and their willingness to help when we contacted them about an issue during our stay.

  Disliked: The bedrooms were a little too cold at night, especially as we were travelling with young children. The hosts were helpful when we mentioned the issue, which we appreciated. We also noticed a few minor maintenance and cleanliness details that could be improved. Overall, with a little more attention to these aspects, the apartment could provide an even better experience.

  Disliked: The apartment feels like a maze, too many doors, some are closed doors, no AC which was hard to handle in the heat wave, luckily the owner offered us a fans

  Convenient, spacious, excellent for larger families

  Liked: The apartment is clean, very spacious, the beds are nice. The room allocation is somewhat strange, but worked well for us. There was a central living room, with a very big table that was very convenient for us to eat and play games with the whole family. The room with 4 beds was good for the kids (wish we could move one more bed in here so all 5 kids could have camped together). However, the doors do not close too well. It was OK for us. The second room is with 3 beds and all good. There is one more room, which is further away in the apartment. The kitchen has key machines (dish washer, fridge, microwave, water heater, etc. even coffee machine that is full with coffee). The owner did everything to make the stay convenient and nice. The place is very very central, 2-5 minutes to walk to anywhere really. To go to Minimundus, you walk about 40 minutes. Nevertheless, it is not noisy. No bad smell in spite of the very old house it is in. All good!

  Disliked: The bathrooms are not very convenient, and more surface to place stuff would be good. We mention this to the owners, and they reacted very well. The floors squeak very much, but that's the nature of the type of apartment.

  Great location and price

  Liked: Truly the best location! Located in the city center, everything was comfortable. It was great to be able to enjoy the city until late at night. 3 bedrooms, 1 living room... It was a spacious house, with 3 or 4 single beds in each room, so it was very comfortable to use, and there was a kitchen where you could cook, which was even more convenient. Fully equipped with all the equipment... I was impressed by the service that even filled the coffee beans! As there were 7 of us in total, we were very happy to be able to stay at this price during this golden season!

  Disliked: The only downside is that there is only one bathroom, but the drainage was not good. (Thank goodness there are two toilets) If you take care of this, this is the perfect accommodation.
