Good
Liked: location, clean environment, fully equipped apartment including kitchen, access to sauna/pool, nice restaurant right under the stairs.
Outdated and unusable kitchen, otherwise great stay
Liked: - Excellent location, 3 min drive to ski lift and town centre (restaurants, supermarkets etc). - Unlimited access to pool and one sauna. - Plenty of free parking spots, easy key collection in a safe box. - Reception at the hotel do not oversee the apartment but are happy to help with other issues, such as providing an access card to the spa and game room (games are paid and you need to ask for rackets/biliard cue every time).
Disliked: - Apartment NOT suitable for cooking: the cooking hob switch does not stay in the “on” position and requires constant pushing to supply power; even then, it short circuited and failed altogether. There is a microwave, but sadly it does not heat food at all. Kettle works. Kitchen equipment extremely old, but wide range of pots and pans available. We texted the owner on whatsapp but they completely ignored our message. They did, however, fix an issue we had with wifi. - Water in the room’s shower is very hot, and despite trying to adjust the internal and external temperature controls we could not lower the temperature. - Beware that use of swimsuits are prohibited in the sauna (of course, nobody checks) but families and young people should be aware that you might encounter naked older people in the hallway and the sauna. - Pool towels, slippers etc are not offered, whereas guests of the hotel seem to be offered towels. - The hotel has a restaurant, but beware that it is a kosher restaurant; therefore, if you wish to sample authentic Austrian specialties (such as pork dishes) it might be worth dining somewhere else.

Liked: The apartment is small but really well equipped and nice. Everything is clean and modern. The communication with the owner was perfect.
Nice apartment and a good stay but would be better with a more responsive owner
Liked: Fairly cosy but small apartment in quiet location with most necessary equipment.
Disliked: Very poor communications with the owner - she twice (once via mail many months in advance, once on arrival) ignored our questions about a guest card and generally was not reachable at all via WhatsApp.
