  Great stay, lots of fun

Liked: Perfect location close to all major sites in the area. Wonderful views. The staff is very friendly and there is plenty to do with kids - pool, indoor and outdoor playground with plenty of toys, small goal post. Summer cards save you money. Bus stop is in vicinity. Elevator available. Family apartment was sizeable. We also asked for a potty and kid chair and got both. We forgot some clothes and the hotel shipped them to us.

Disliked: Pool area is connected with playground, but staff locks the door if the temperature difference is unfavorable. This is saddening and confusing for little kids. Kitchen was decently equipped (no oven), but there were no basic groceries you might expect (salt, pepper, spices, oil), but we asked for salt and got some. Bathroom only had hand soap, no shampoo or body wash.
