  Excellent apartments in central location

  Liked: Beautiful interconnected apartments. The best location! Lovely big bathroom and shower. Very comfy beds.

  Disliked: Not a dealbreaker but do keep in mind they ask for a 500 EUR deposit when you arrive. We did not know about it.

  Liked: We could not be happier with this place. We stayed 1 week in room 602 and 1 week in 804. 602 was lovely but 804 was even better! Both were huge apartments with full kitchens, but the layout of 804 was better. 804 is on level 4 and had the toilet in a separate room to the shower. The kitchen, dining and lounge were all in an open plan, adjoining the outdoor rooftop terasse area. Lots of windows with views. The bedroom was separate. 602 was on a lower level with a small kitchen, but very large separate bedroom/lounge room with balcony. Both apartments were well equipped - hairdryer, dishwasher, coffee perculator, and perfectly located within 5 min walk to Planai, restaurants and 2 grocery stores. The rooms were serviced daily and the whole building was impeccably clean. The building has an elevator, undercover parking, sauna, and shared indoor bike and luggage storage area that is very safe. The staff are super helpful and speak English. They graciously allowed us to leave our bike and luggage there for a week while we travelled. The accomodation includes a summercard that gets you free buses and gondola rides. Saves heaps $$$ and is so convenient!

  Perfect place to stay in Schladming

  Liked: Lovely room, great location and very close to Planai. Staff member bet helpful when checking out.

  Liked: Very good location, clean modern rooms. Very nice sauna area.

  Disliked: The rooms did not cool down much at night during the hot weather, and no air conditioning.
