  Nothing to complain about – everything was perfect

  Liked: I have stayed at this hotel for the second time, and my experience was just as great as before. The location is perfect, the staff are consistently friendly and attentive, and the food is truly delicious. I highly recommend it.

  Disliked: There was nothing I didn’t like. Everything met or even exceeded my expectations.

  Great hotel for a nice stay!

  Liked: The room was very cozy and clean. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. There were no problems with check-in/check-out. The hotel's location was also quite good and convenient for me, as I was staying there during my ski trip. Breakfast was tasty and overall nice, but it would be even better if the choice of dishes was a little wider. Pizza in the hotel cafe was also really good!

  Disliked: I didn't really like the pillows. They were too thin and not as comfortable as they could be.

  Very pleasant stay thanks to the friendly staff, great location, and good food

  Liked: We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always helpful, which made us feel very welcome. The location is perfect, especially for skiing — just a short walk to the slope. The food was very nice and enjoyable. We would happily come back again.

  Disliked: The only small thing we missed was a bin for dog waste, which would be very useful for guests traveling with dogs.

  Liked: Comfortable stay

  Disliked: Location. Very far from the train station and planai stadion. Bus stop is near the hotel but bus does not come very early in the morning. One hour walk from the hotel going down the train station.
