  Central location good breakfast but very small rooms

  Liked: Central location for the buses. The summer card which is really excellent. Good breakfast spread.

  Disliked: Small rooms and we had the balcony facing the inner courtyard. So it kinda got a bit noisy in the evenings. But it was to be expected since a lot of families with kids were by the pool.

  Perfect place to stay to explore the area

  Liked: Perfect location of this hotel next to Planai cable car. Very good breakfasts and dinners+beer and wine included. Playroom for kids was a nice bonus. Parking 300m away was not a problem, 12€ per night was not cheap, but what can you do. Billa in the same building is convenient. Pool was small but nice. Eventhough the hotel was full, it was quiet during nights. Family room was small, but we squeezed in as we spend majority of our time on the trips outside. Sommercards included.

  Disliked: Some toys in the playroom were worn out or broken (basketball)

  Super misto, prumerne sluzby

  Liked: misto primo v centru naproti lanovce, mile recepcni, sauna

  Disliked: Pokoj byl maly (pro 4 lidi na tyden), pres terasu bylo slyset ostatni hosty, casto kourili a nedalo se vetrat (byli jsme v dobe velkych veder). Jidlo bylo prumerne, spis “hmota”, pro deti temer vzdy jen smazene polotovary, spatne znacene alergeny (napr. v salatu byly sojove boby a soja nebyla uvedena v alergenech). V jidelne bylo casto velmi rusno. Bazen je malinky. Byli jsme ve Schladmingu jiz asi po 8. a toto bylo asi nejslabsi (velmi drahy na vysledne sluzby).

  Excelent experience

  Liked: First thing first... the location is the best. You are stationed directly before the Planai cablecar. The room was a nice size and cleaned daily. The staff was very welcoming even if we arrived after hours they still waited for us. And the breakfast was simply fantastic, so much to choose from.

  Disliked: Some guest were a little loud during the night and you could hear them if you leave the window open but there is nothing the hotel staff could do about that.

  Liked: The one good thing - the location is near the lift.

  Disliked: The food was very poor. We had breakfast and dinner - we did not eat dinner in the hotel. The pool area is poor maitained and maybe too small for such a hotel. Guests are smoking in balconies and the smell is comming in to your room. There are no air conditionier, so you can’t just close the window.
