  Lots of potential but fell short of expectations

  Liked: The apartments have great potentials. they are spacious and well designed. Good location, free parking and kind staff.

  Disliked: Despite the potential, equipment was not well maintained. Drawers falling apart, broken lamp and strange odor in one of our apartments. One of the biggest downsides was that the property was not providing any fans whatsoever to help with the heat. It’s near impossible to purchase fans in this area this time of the year and one would expect the property to provide at least one or two. We also had a wasp nest on our apartment window which was handled properly but took some time.

  Overall Ok - they should fix few small things (like pool water temp, having soap in bath etc)

  Liked: We liked the: - Location - Gym and Sauna - Balcony and view - Kitchen

  Disliked: - Cold water in swimming pool - not helping us with the car battery issue - very passive when we needed help - charging for linen laundry - very strange - not having soap and shampoo in the room

  Disappointing. A total lack of empathy during a family tragedy

  Liked: Unfortunately, the management's attitude completely shadowed our experience, making it impossible to enjoy our stay.

  Disliked: We had to cut our stay significantly short due to the sudden passing of my husband's grandmother. While every other place we dealt with showed basic empathy and flexibility, this property strictly refused any compromise. We offered official documentation and asked for a reasonable solution—not even a full refund, but a partial refund or a future credit voucher—yet management completely refused and hid behind standard policies. We received polite words of condolence, but zero genuine empathy or customer care. Extremely disappointing treatment during a painful time.

  Beautiful apartment with great views

  Liked: Beautiful apartment with incredible views of Schladming. The pool and spa area were great for relaxing after a day on the slopes skiing. The gym, was a nice addition and free yoga classes are a bonus.

  Disliked: It is very minor but there were no teas, coffees, sugar or salt in the apartment. Also perhaps some shower gels and shampoos in the bathrooms would be good to have.
