  Disliked: While the room at Alpik Chalets Bohinj was comfortable and well-maintained, the overall experience was disappointing due to the service. There was a noticeable lack of staff available to assist with queries, which made even simple requests frustrating. Although we were perfectly fine paying the local taxes in cash, there was no reception available, and we were instead asked to complete an online transfer. What was surprising was that we were asked to pay an additional 25% on top, which we went ahead with to avoid further inconvenience. Our interaction with Jaka was particularly unpleasant—she came across as rude, condescending, and visibly annoyed, which unfortunately felt like it was taken out on guests. A more polite and professional approach would have made a significant difference. Hospitality plays a big role in shaping a stay, and in this case, it significantly fell short. Despite the property itself being nice, the service experience made this the worst stay during our entire trip across Austria and Slovenia. We hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving guest interactions going forward.

  We loved this place!

  Liked: This place was definitely a right choice for our anniversary trip We got a flat with fully equipped kitchen in a house on the top of the hill View from the balcony is just fantastic We met the host family and they were very nice and kind Room was very comfy, we had a good sleep, very quiet place Kitchen was very big and had all equipment for cooking. Shower was hot and powerful, we have literally nothing to complain about

  Disliked: Was not an issue for us, but I want to mention couple things to consider: Probably not possible to reach the place without car No shampoo or shower gel in bathroom, so need to bring it
