  Fantastic lakeside stay in Zell am see

  Liked: Brilliant room with large ceilings. Spacious enough to accommodate a family of 4. Mesmerising view of Lake Zell am see from the balcony. Well maintained and clean rooms. Break fast spread was impressive. Staff were very courteous and helpful. Especially given that the parking space is tight they were very forthcoming with the valet service whenever required. Great location with lot of restaurants right across the railway line next to the Hotel. Very good place to hang out and take a stroll along the lake side. Railway station is also quite accessible from the hotel.

  Disliked: Driving down to the hotel location was not easy in the Ist time. There are narrow lanes leading in to the hotel with misleading road signs. Though the Hotel gave clear instructions on the Bollard system, using it the Ist time was confusing. But these are minor blips in comparison to the great experience on offer at the Hotel

  Liked: An exceptional hotel in every aspect! The location is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the lake and surrounding mountains. The hotel is elegant, beautiful, and very comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and welcoming. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, making our stay truly memorable. Everything was wonderful, and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience.

  Disliked: Nothing at all! Everything was excellent, and we had a wonderful stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Our property has a history of more than 130 years, which is reflected in its unique architecture. Due to the building’s structure, our hotel is unfortunately not fully accessible. Access for wheelchair users is limited, as some areas can only be reached via stairs and there is no continuous step-free access throughout the property.
