Clean rooms in a central location

Liked: Central location, comes with the summer card, clean rooms and polite staff, close to old town and restaurants

Disliked: The shared balcony and lack of in-room amenities like a coffee maker were minor inconveniences, but unclear instructions on the night entrance protocol was a major letdown. We received unclear instructions for the after-hours door and spent 15 minutes stranded in the cold while getting little help from reception over the phone. We only managed to get inside by watching another guest use the entrance, making the entire experience highly frustrating.
