  Nice view, basic apartment but not value for money

  Liked: The apartment was clean and more than big enough for the 3 of us. Good views of the lake and mountains from the balconies. A 15-20 minute walk into Zell am See.

  Disliked: The apartment was quite basic, including the kitchen and equipment. The noise from the road and train line right outside the front of the apartment were very noisy, no AC or cooling fans meant we had to have the windows open during the night and the noise was disturbing. Although the booking advert said linen was included, we were met with a charge of €30 PER PERSON for linen on top of what we had already paid for the apartment...... not really value for money.

  Liked: Property was closeish to the cbd (15-20min walk). Property unfortunately did not have AC - we later found out Austrian buildings do not have AC's normally. Reception was a little confusing but we had to call the manager and used google translate. He was lovely and very obliging. ATM for cashout was located in Zell Am See central (took us a while to find).

  Disliked: No elevators up stairs for rooms.
