  Liked: Exceptional Stay – Highly RecommendedThe apartment was very well equipped and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The view was absolutely stunning and one of the highlights of our visit. Free parking was a great advantage, and there were many attractions, shops, and beautiful places nearby to explore. The atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and family-friendly, making us feel completely at home from the moment we arrived. Everything was clean, well organized, and exceeded our expectations. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable place to stay. We would be happy to return in the future.

  Splendid

  Liked: Wonderful clean apartment in a great location, within walking distance of the ski bus and gondola and a private parking right outside the building. If you decide to go to the slopes by car, which I did and highly recommend, it’s super easy. It has everything you could ever need for a vacation: a cosy bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and even a bathtub to relax in after skiing. There are also two balconies with splendid views of the mountains and Kitzsteinhorn. Downstairs, there is heated ski storage, which is very convenient and easy to use. Our host Rudi is very kind and helpful — we felt as if we were in our own home. We will definitely come back next year!

  Perfect location

  Liked: Wonderful flat! Cozy, spacious, clean, with all the needed amenities and wonderful view from the balcony directly to the mountains and the slope ending in Areitexpress! The location is very quiet and in the proximity of Areitexpress and some apreski pubs& restaurants & SPAR! We've had parking (been by car) and we commute in minutes to Schmittenhöhe access and in 15 minutes to Kitzsteinhorn! We had a wonderful ski vacation and we've been very happy with their accommodation!

  Disliked: Nothing to complain about! It was perfect for us!

  Wonderful location with great skiing

  Liked: Lovely apartment, great location and facilities. Owner is very nice and super helpful. Apartment was very clean a comfortable. Beautiful view from balcony. Would highly recommend and is great value for money.

  A home away from home

  Liked: Apartment is fully equipped for a comfortable leaving - huge bathroom, dishwasher, little walk-in closet, separate bedroom, soft bed etc. And it is also equipped with love (extra towels in the bathroom, extra blankets for cozy evenings on the sofa, cups with owls etc). Flat is very spacious, has two balconies with amazing views from both of them. It is located ˜850 m from ski lift, and although property has a ski storage - we used paid ski depot at the ski lift station (˜13 euro for two persons per day) - the best money investment! Apartment was also very quiet, we never heard our neighbours. It was very bright and clean. And it was a real pleasure to return home after day of skiing, cook dinner in the kitchen, while enjoying the views. Thank you, Rudi, for making our stay so wonderful! P.S. we received from owner Salzburg guest mobility cards, which allowed us to travel for fee to Salzburg (card also includes public transport in Zell am See).
