  Very beautiful and convinient chalet. Pay attention to extras charged

  Liked: Very spacious, comfortable, nice beds, all the appliances you need in the kitchen. Very convinient washer & dryer. Close to all the attractions in the area. Wifi was OK, sometimes not stable. Supermarket within 5 minutes walk. Great sauna.

  Disliked: There was an extra charge of 17 euros for each guest for linens & towels which we didn't notice initially. Also, using the jacuzzi is for extra of 120 euros which is quite expensive. The owners insisted we pay the extras by cash which is quite weird.

  Liked: Host was very helpful and fantastic in reaching out in time. Exemplary communication skills and understanding the needs of an extended family with lot of kids. Definitely recommending for other.

  Perfect place to stay for a family or a group of friends.also very close to the ski lift which is handy

  Liked: The chalet was super clean and tidy. The hot tub was a great addition and the sauna was brilliant.

  could not have found a better place to stay at Zell Am See

  Liked: fully equiped kitchen, spacious living & dining room, large bedrooms, TV in every room, superclean bathrooms, owner went extra mile to get another fan when we needed an extra one

  Disliked: insects flew in easily when windows were open - installing nets would help washing machine & sauna needed 2 euro coins to operate - although owner provided then in a container, why not un-install this coin-operated activation?
