  Too Hot

  Liked: The view from the balcony faced the lake and mountains. The private lakeside area. Plenty storage space. 2 very comfortable chairs.

  Disliked: No air con and NO fan. Asked on arrival and was told they don't have fans. Had to keep the curtains closed all day to keep the heat from the sun out with temperatures up to 34°c. Struggled at night with the heat. Had to have cool showers. Breakfast was minimal. If you weren't early enough you didn't get a choice of croissants. From the UK a continental breakfast is not normal for us, so we survived on a portion of scrambled egg that was served to you. Probably could've asked for more, and a croissant. No toast on offer, only a bread roll or bread. A kettle but no coffee, just flavoured tea bags.

  Nice Location near the Lake

  Liked: Hotel location is great, nice garden and lake view. Facilities can be improved further, Staff can be more welcoming.

  Disliked: Rooms connectivity and family rooms. Less guidance on the activities nearby.
