  Liked: Good place, good view, perfect stay

  Disliked: You have to handle everything yourself, including carrying your luggage and cleaning. The parking spaces are also quite narrow, and if someone parks incorrectly, it becomes difficult or even impossible to park.

  Liked: The view of the lake from the balcony. The location was close with multiple parking spots at the property.

  Disliked: There were spiders and spider webs in the apartment. More deep cleaning is required. In Booking it shows that the zell am see kaprun summer card will be provided but then on their portal they write that the summer card will not be provided. After going back and forth with them and with Booking customer service (which was unhelpful) they provided us with the cards on zell am see app. The wifi password was wrong. They provided the correct password on the last day. And even then the internet was slow.

  Disliked: It is written that summer card is available at property, but when we arrived we contacted the owner with multiple emails to have summer card but we could not recieve it till we visited the tourist information centre by ourselves but the owner didnt help us to have it
