We had a good holiday which was mainly due to location. The apartment was great although location wasn’t as marketed ser

Liked: Spacious modern clean and comfortable apartment. Nice pool, wellness and laundry facilities. Good online instruction.

Disliked: We had a wasp nest on our balcony and broken air conditioning in the main bedroom neither of which were addressed during our stay despite requests. The apartments are referred to as lakeside but that isn’t correct. The lake is a 10 - 15 minute walk away. Reception is rarely manned most communication is by text.

Family break for 5 nights. Properly was in a great location, 5 minute bus or train ride from the centre

Liked: Spacious apartment, pool area was great with spa/sauna facilities. Bus stop 50yds from the property.

Disliked: Property was close to a church…. Bells (chimes) started from 7am. Wasn’t a major issue.

Liked: The apartment itself was lovely, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We especially appreciated having air conditioning and bidet sprays, which made our stay very comfortable. Unfortunately, our check-out experience left us quite disappointed. We were not aware that we were expected to take the rubbish out ourselves, as this had not been clear to us. We completely understand if this is part of the check-out requirements, and we would have had absolutely no problem doing it once informed. What upset us was the way the situation was handled. We were spoken to in a very angry and disrespectful manner, with raised voices, and were told that what we had done was “not normal.” It felt as though we were being spoken to like children, which was very uncomfortable and unnecessary. This was our first time staying here, and a simple, polite explanation would have been more than enough. We were more than willing to correct the issue immediately. Unfortunately, the way we were treated at check-out affected what had otherwise been a very pleasant stay.
