  Liked: We had a one night stay en route to Croatia. Our room had a lake view - although obscured by the rain on arrival. The receptionist seemed unsure of a few things - turned out she was new, so understandable. Frustratingly, we could not get the in room sauna to work, nor could the receptionist help. The manager addressed this very professionally in the morning and we were able to have a quick sauna before departure. The breakfast is good and was complimentary re our sauna issues, but pricey if paying 25 Euros for it. The room was comfortable and clean, but the in room tablet did not work and the streaming channels on the TV could not be accessed - none of this was explained until the following morning. The manager was apologetic and extremely helpful, but better staff training wold help avoid some issues.

  Liked: Die Lage des Hotels ist auf dem Berg und die Aussicht auf den See sehr schön. Die Zimmer sind voll ausgestattete mir einer kleinen Küche Zeile, ohne Ofen. Wasserkocher, Nespresso-Maschine, Besteck usw. sind vorhanden. Skikeller ist ebenfalls sehr smart gelöst, alles abschließbar. Frühstück kann ebenfalls mit gebucht werden. Die Zimmeraufteilung ist komfortabel, WLAN etc. ist vorhanden. Rundum alles sehr gut. Der Shuttle-Service funktioniert einwandfrei. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und unterstützt bei allen Fragen und Belangen.
