  Stunning views

  Liked: The location and view are stunning and our room made the most of it.

  Disliked: Dinner was disappointing. It was a buffet with choice of 3 mains. We ordered mains at 3pm on arrival at hotel. In restaurant get your own starters from the buffet and tell them when you are ready for main. We then waited an hour for set main to arrive which was all overcooked and dry.

  Liked: We were very satisfied with the accommodations and everything went exactly as we had expected. One advantage is the Summer card, which we used for the cable car right next to the hotel. The breakfasts were also perfect.

  Disliked: When we arrived, dinner was served buffet-style, so you could choose whatever you felt like eating. However, the following days, the only options were the three dishes which had to be ordered in advance plus one children’s meal from the evening menu. Which is a bit of a disappointment.

  Great location, but not suitable for a comfortable summer stay and below 4-star expectations

  Liked: The location is excellent, and the Summer Card (SommerCard) provided by the hotel was a great benefit. Breakfast was acceptable.

  Disliked: In my opinion, this hotel does not meet the standard expected of a 4-star hotel. There are very limited services and no assistance with luggage. There was only one staff member available, and the reception/service was not available after their working hours. Most importantly, there is no air conditioning or even a fan in the room, making it very stuffy and uncomfortable during summer. I would not recommend staying here in hot weather. It feels much more suitable as a winter hotel.
