All n all I would recommend this hotel. Good location, staff was above expectations on everything
Liked: Location was perfect for metro, train and sites. Room was ok, but it could have used a closet to hang cloths instead of just a bar. Breakfast was good, fresh, good choices. Room was cold because they didn't turn the heat on yet, but the staff supplied a heater which solved that problem.
Disliked: My wife noticed no lotion in room and also no closet to store cloths.

For a short stay in Brussels, this hotel is perfect!
Liked: The location is fantastic, near the city centre, walking distance from the central station and 10 minutes from the Middi station. The room was nice with blackout curtains and a nice bed.
Disliked: The rooms are not isolated from the main hallway. Every time a guest left, I could hear them walking through and opening and closing doors. This didn’t allow me to sleep well
We had a lovely stay and will stay again. Would highly recommend
Liked: Few minutes walk from the Centre. Close to restaurants and shops. Close to public transport. Staff are very helpful. Breakfast was very good. Free hot and cold drinks and pastries at the lobby is a lovely treat to guests. Excellent WiFi connection.
