  Liked: Breakfast was good. Room was quiet.

  Disliked: WiFi was terrible, not acceptable for a modern hotel where Business people would stay. In room virtually non existant and even poor in hotel lobby. When reported and mentioned on check out staff didn't seemed bothered.

  Disliked: security in the hotel was awful. in daytime, my hotel room was broken in and I was stolen a large amount of cash in USD, that was hidden in the inner pocket of my handbag. outrageous! even more outrageous was the inadequate reaction of reception staff who really didn't care much and even tries to put in doubt the accuracy of my report on this.. do not recommend this hotel at all because of its very poor level of security. there were not even cameras in the corridor that led to my room so that the police who came 3 hours after I reported the theft, could not look at who sneaked in my room.

  Very nice stay

  Liked: Everything was as expected. the rooms are renovated, modern and very good size for two persons. The room had all the amenities such as coffee machine, kettle, fridge and safe. The separate toilet from bathroom is very convenient, The location is very good and suited my needs for transport as it is very close to Rogier station which serves buses and metro. The staff was very polite and helpful. I did not book breakfast so i do not know about the quality. Overall a very nice stay.

  Liked: We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is in an excellent location, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious and comfortable. Everything was great, and we would definitely stay here again!

  Disliked: Unfortunately, the breakfast was not very good, and the cleanliness of the carpet definitely needs improvement. These were the main downsides of our stay.
