  A reliably excellent stay

  Liked: I have often stayed in this hotel and it was great as always. Particular thanks to the reception and restaurant staff for doing a great job and being so nice! I was in a room with a smaller shower room than on previous occasions but it seemed like it had been through a complete and recent renovation. I really loved it! The layout was really well considered with great details and materials. I particularly liked that despite the tight space it didn't feel too small and everything worked perfectly (which is unusual in a hotel.) The lighting was exceptional! I also really liked the stylish plastic glasses for water. Apart from that, it was good as always. Pretty room, lots of space, perfectly clean, good ac/heating controls, good TV, useful things such as a kettle & coffee machine with supplies, ironing facilities, safe, storage space + well located coat hooks, effective curtains, a split bin for sorting trash, tc.

  Disliked: I thought it a bit bizarre that there are no hooks or rails inside the shower room for towels that are in use. They ended up in damp heaps. (Which also makes it difficult to be ecologically-minded and keep them for re-use.) I was very, very happy to see a water dispenser at the bottom of the lift so guests can refill their water bottles for their room. The only problem is that it was quite discreet so I only saw it on the way out... A little notice beside the tea & coffee set would mean the guests know. The bed was ok but it seemed like the mattress was uneven and in need of renewal.
