Great stay
Liked: Room and facilities were great value, location was close to the station and the room was spacious.
Disliked: The local area wasn't great in the evening, just felt a bit worn around the edges.
Liked: Location wise is good as close to train terminal.
Disliked: The staff attitude was not good and helpful.
Liked: Incredible decor- loved the New York Suite! Great kitchen appliances. Super clean, lots of room and so close to the train station. The view was amazing!
Comfortable accommodation which is easy to access
Liked: It was clean, warm and felt safe. Easy to check in and out
Disliked: lift was small so we couldnt all fit and generally used stairs to 5th floor.
Liked: Big apartment with everything we needed except for a hairdryer which we would have to ask for at the reception. Excitement was caused by a little mouse running all over. They offered us immediately another apartment but we just made sure everything was locked up and closed. They caught the mouse the next day.
Liked: Very close to the Zuid station. The size of the room was very good. Good size fridge and kitchen area.
Disliked: Our room had an electric toilet which meant no paper could be put in it, we had to use the bin instead which was fine. However, I would have liked that bin to be emptied daily. We only stayed 2 nights so not a huge issue.

- Please note that the car park is only suitable for cars with a maximum height of 1m80 yards. (NO SUV OR VAN)This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
