  Excellent location and a good property to stay in

  Liked: The property was spacious and clean and its facilities were good. It is, in fact, an entire apartment, though I didn't use the kitchen for anything more than preparing drinks (no food). It was well equipped. The shower could use some attention, but that didn't affect my stay (much).

  Disliked: Accessing the property wasn't easy as the deadlines stated by Booking for information about the key box and codes were more generous than I experienced (though I've had this with several properties, so perhaps it's a criticism of Booking rather than the hosts). The property is at the top of an old Brussels townhouse, so a lot of stairs to negotiate, which isn't great if you have lots of luggage.

  Great place to stay

  Liked: I have stayed here for the 2nd time already and I think I would stay for the 3rd. Location is extremely convenient for those, who have business with EU institutions - actually you can see Europe Commission building trough the window. Apartments are spacious, all basic amenities are in place.

  Disliked: FUJI apartments are on the 4th floor, no elevator, narrow stairs, so you can have struggles with larger or heavier suitcase. The shower holder is broken and needs replacement.

  Liked: Location is convenient- close to metro station Schumann, near Eurocomission building, there also string of cafes and bars along the street, and a park nearby - very pleasant neighborhood! Apartment also is modern and clean. They also prepared ice for air cooler as the days were hot

  Disliked: Though ice was prepared for the air cooler in the listing it says “airconditioning”, but this air cooler was barely enough for a good sleep even with windows open. Space around the bed frame could have been cleaned up better

  Nice apartment, but uncomfortable during heat waves

  Liked: Clean, spacious, well-arranged, smooth check-in

  Disliked: No aircondition, only a mobile fan. Outdoor temperature was 38 degrees C (so extreme conditions for Brussels), and it didn’t feel differently indoor.

  Liked: the location, functional bathroom

  Disliked: There was a bad smell in the room, not very nice building, the hallway very small to the entrance in the studio, no AC in the room and there were 33 degrees Censius outside at 11.00 pm. The owner set up in the room a mobile AC but it does not cope with the hot air coming from outside, considering the external glass wall of the building. The wifi was not functioning.
