Fabulous
Excellent value for money
Liked: It's not a big hotel, so the staff have time for you and the rooms are very well provided for basic self catering
Convienient Hotel!
Liked: Very convieient hotel by the Gare du Midi and the Eurostar. Polite, friendly Staff, clean, with a comfortable bed and a small kitchen which was good. We overlooked the crossroads but there wasn't too much traffic. We only had an overnight without breakfast as we were travelling the next day but we had a wander around in the evening, a lot of coffee shops/bars with men enjoying the evening, no women in sight, def a Muslim area? we did feel safe. A couple of little grocery shops but not a lot of restaurants unless you headed back towards the station. Overall a Good stay.
Disliked: It was rubbish collection next day and the place was full of dirty bags of rubbish which was a shame, it brought the whole area down but it needs to be done, we were just unlucky in the day we picked to stay!

Disliked: the heater is not working
Liked: Location is convenient for early leaving for both Charleroi airport and Midi Central. Metro station is one step distance too. The room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was sufficient. The staff is kind and attentive.
Liked: Very clean and good facilities, staff are friendly
Disliked: The location is very convenient but very sketchy, there’s trash everywhere and sketchy people around the corner
