Guest reviews
Pleasant
Stinky
Dreadful place. Particularly in the v hot weather, no air on. Nowhere to hang clothes have breakfast
Liked: No breakfast. No coffee. No air con. No staff. Absolutely awful.
Disliked: All of the above made good
Liked: The imployers, very sweet people
Good for sleeping only. Bathroom cleanliness could be better
Liked: Close to Brussels Expo. Amazing if you are there for a long day. Couple of minutes walk only
Disliked: Just cleaning of the bathroom could have been better. Dark brown corners in the shower and way to small. Had to get in the door sideways.
Terrible. Horrendous. Dangerous
Disliked: I’ve raised a complaint with Booking.com for quality, safety and security standards - shady location and easily accessible to wrongdoers: remote area, only entrance is from the side of the building, no gates/fences, large parking in the back of the building - no one working in presence at the ‘hotel’, not even at their reception - communication only on WhatsApp so no one to ask information in person - no one guarding the property - room locks easily hackable - old rooms and not really clean (3 stars is really generous) More pictures shared in my complaint
Liked: The staff is very cooperating
