Fabulous
Good!
Liked: First floor room was good, everything as described, great location with metro and high street nearby
Disliked: Couldn’t work TV, room takes a while to heat up, stairs would be difficult for some
Liked: Geat lovation, value for money
Disliked: We wished the coffee machine worked. Other than that things were great!
Location for this B&B is great but stairs were tricky getting to the rooms
Liked: When we initially booked this room they were advertising that they served breakfast but that is no longer an option, though the downstairs area is very nice. The room was on the 2nd floor and I'm glad we weren't on the 3rd floor and only had small backpacks with us as the stairs were very narrow - would not recommend if you have a big suitcase. The location is really good!
Disliked: We wanted to leave our bags as we arrived before checkin but we could not contact a "human" to help us out with this request. Luckily when we arrived the cleaner was there and she told us where we could leave our bags. Also we did not receive the welcome email with all the information on codes etc but again when trying to ring them no success. We did eventually send a message via their WhatsApp number and got a response
Do not book here if you are claustrophobic!
Liked: Good location, walking distance from center.
Disliked: The AC didn’t work and there was no windows to open, I received some phishing emails from outside booking about this reservation asking for deposit which makes me a bit worried about scams.
No quite good value for the money
Liked: The location was very good, the room was spacious. It had some portable airco. It was rather quiet at night.
Disliked: The room had a broken chair. I reported to them and they thanked me for sending them a video, but did nothing. They are more active regarding promoting other businesses than about making you enjoy your stay. The main shower was quite non functional. One of the rooms had a broken window knob. The room just needs some care an attention. They don't seem to care.
