Guest reviews
Very good
Room was clean. Staff were helpful. Any kind of hot drinks in the lobby is free and complimentary
Liked: Next to the South train station
Excellent location and service from hotel staff
Liked: Excellent and well mannered staff. Only downside was the lack of television service on the night of our stay. But the helpful staff made good for this mishap. This was a one off exception though. The hotel is well equipped and on the following day the television service was in fact restored and running. So this hotel is wholeheartedly recommended. Aya was very accommodating at the reception desk. The location of the hotel is very good just outside Gare du Midi.
Disliked: Nothing really.
Definitely great for our plans of visiting other smaller towns
Liked: Very convenient to the train station for our day trips to Bruges and Ghent.
Disliked: Wasn’t many restaurants other than what was in the train station. The area looks a little sketchy but it was fine.
Liked: Friendly, allowed us to check in early
Liked: The hotel was clean, staff was friendly and breakfast option were good.
Liked: Staff were amazing
Disliked: The area leaves to be desired in terms of view, cleanliness but great access to the train
