Guest reviews
Pleasant
Liked: Good place
Disliked: Heater problem cold at night, cold water
Disliked: We waited for check-in in the street for 20min. Very bad experience!
Liked: The location is good, about 15 minutes' walk to the Grand Place, and there are plenty of cafes along the route where you can get breakfast. It's also about 15 minutes' walk to Midi/Zuid station, so that's all good.
Disliked: It's a bit down at heel. Generally gives the impression it could benefit from a pretty major refurb, and there's a bit of a smell about the place, though it's warm and comfortable and, once you're in bed, it's very nice.
Very good
Disappointing
Liked: The location
Disliked: It was dirty especially the coach, bugs, dangerous stairs without elevator and the staff was not helpful
Pleasant
Liked: The bathroom was very clean and spacious. The contact person was easily reachable for any questions we had or support we needed.
Disliked: The WIFI was really bad. The room is very practical for sleeping. But the mattress wasn't very comfortable. The pillows were too small and thin. The central heating system turns off automatically, which means you wake up early in the morning freezing.
