Disliked: The staff at breakfast. The person who was in charge of the room number's control was very unpleaseant and rude. My breakfast was included and payed in my reservar on, and he was very rude saying that it was not included and that i needed to pay. Even if it was a mistake or misunderstanding during check (which was not the case), it should be adressed with other managed with education and manners.
