  Unpleasant

  Liked: Location was good

Disliked: The key was supposed to be in the key box but unfortunately it wasn't. We had to wait over 30 minutes for the cleaning lady to arrive with the key. The pillows were extremely uncomfortable. The temperature of the water in the shower was scalding. There was a very unpleasant smell in the bathroom. Overall, it wasn't an enjoyable experience. Would not recommend this accommodation to anyone.

A place so dirty that you cannot stay there

Liked: the place was so filthy that it was impossible to use the accommodation. We were shocked at the state the building and the apartment was in. If there would be an inspection this accommodation would certainly not pass any standard.

Disliked: As soon as you open the door of this building you see the stains on the floor and the staircase. Pamphlets are just left and stacked on the floor as a heap of rubbish. All along the way upwards on the staircase it is filthy. Electric cables are sticking out from the floorboard. It is even worse once you get to the top floor. The wall paper is flaking of the wall. The skylight is full of dirt and the glass is broken. There are stains everywhere. Inside it was no better. The shower was so dirty I certainly would not be able to use it. On the tablet above the toilet there were dirty stains. I tried to contact the company/owner but they just hang up on me. Then I received a message that they would call me back but they never did. I want a full refund because it was impossible to stay there.
