Good morning, This is already our second night in the apartment, and to be honest, we are quite disappointed. The apartment is not as it was advertised and is not what we booked: an apartment with one bedroom and a sofa bed for two children. What we have actually found is a single living space, with a bed separated by a partial wall, and a sofa-bed that is not suitable for two people, as the area where one person is supposed to sleep is not rigid and consists only a series of separated cushions. And, by the way, instead of enjoying our holiday, I have had to spend an hour of my time writing down and documenting all these problems with photographs. In short, we are very disappointed, and we need a solution to ensure that our children can sleep comfortably tonight. Kind regards,

Disliked: Could have had more kitchen supplies, better instructions for finding the sofa bed supplies, and it was challenging to take a shower without flooding the bathroom.
Beautiful Brussels
Liked: Really good location. Central Brussels within a 5 minute walk. The apartment is huge. 3 big bedrooms (one with en-suite), lounge/kitchen, shower room and utility with washing machine. The kitchen had everything you needed or plenty of great places to eat nearby.
Disliked: Nothing really.
Disappointing and must be unlisted until owner fixes everything
Liked: Only location was good. But the apartment is in a really bad shape. It needs full renevoation and should not be booked until some important areas fixed.
Disliked: Let me start with the bedrooms. The bed sheets were dirty. The rooms were like an oven. The small fan did not work at all. Window blinds must be fixed. It was too hot inside. The owner must mention in the listing that this apartment is on the 4th Floor with old, small steps to climb. There was no Netflix subscription despite it being mentioned in the facility. Overall, the furniture was in poor condition. The bathroom socket was not functional. The photos in the listing are too old and do not match the current condition of the apartment.
